I think they answered this earlier... Paying members get the full upgrade first and everybody else gets the benefits after. Having said that Sigh... it still wants me to UPGRADE...

I see the new message about trying ctrl-F5 to fix banner issues. That fixed the problem with the banner adds, but still no members tab....

The Premium memberships are available to all as of this morning... if you're not seeing the members tab you need to logoff and login again.

How about on my phone? I can't even get to the longon/off because of the banner ad. I don't know how to refresh it on the phone.

Leave off the www part.

All I had to do on my phone was Refresh.

Where is a good place to ask questions about using the Hotspot and other premium features? For starters, I cant find Lake Roosevelt anywhere

Remarkably, I found no hot spots for Roosevelt. (Under hotspot export type Roosevelt into the search box, no returns come up)

That is surprising about no reports from Roosevelt. I assume thats also why other bodies of water are missing when I search?

The HotSpot tool was created before the Columbia River, Snake River, and River sections were created hence you cannot access the HotSpots for those areas using the tool. We've been collecting the HotSpots for those areas, but the editor cannot access them. We will be expanding all areas of the site soon and this problem will be addressed.

Have a question, since everyone is now a premium member, are there plans to change the legend too? Just happened to notice the legend still shows premium and registered members. Minor detail.

Minor detail that would/will take a bit of time to fix. There are other things involved in making that look right and I'm not sure my time would be well spent on it, but I will keep it in mind.
