This reservoir of 3,830 acres is located about 12 miles northeast of Lorella off Gerber Road. Usually gets drawn way down and was nearly dry in 1992 and was only half full in 1994. Should feature expanding populations of warmwater gamefish, but don't expect many lunkers for a couple of years. Holds the state record for white crappie with a four pound 12 ounce lunker and is capable of giving up a lunker of all the species present which include black crappies, yellow perch, brown bullheads, pumpkinseed sunfish and largemouth bass. Has produced some sizable rainbow trout in the past. There are boat ramps on the west side of the reservoir just above the dam and at the upper ends of Ben Hall and Barnes Valley arms.
