An 80 acre lake at 4475 feet, holds brook and rainbow. FS campground on the north end with a boat launch. Go up east side of Okanogan river 12 miles then east 14 miles up Tunk Valley to the lake.

Located 15 miles northeast of Omak and at 4,475 feet elevation, this 81-acre lake intermittently drains to the east to Lost Creek and the West Fork of the Sanpoil River. The north half of the lake is on USFS land and the south half is on the Colville Indian Reservation. Private cabins surround the entire lake. Although the lake is accessible from both the south and north, the northern route (Forest Road 101) is more traveled, well marked, and a better road. The lake hosts rainbow and brook trout, although the brookies seem to outnumber the rainbows by about 20 to one. Mike MacGregor
