This winter looks to be a busy one here at WL.com. If you aren’t aware, Aaron is working feverishly on our next site upgrade, and what an upgrade it’s going to be! All the features currently on the site will remain, and in addition some new ones that will take the data to a whole new level of use and functionality. I’m not going to go into great detail, but here’s a teaser : Imagine you can take data going back over TEN YEARS to extrapolate the best times to fish a particular body of water, AND find the methods that had the most success? How about a query to find the top ten lakes within a certain radius of your home, AND then print out driving maps? How about your own, personal BLOG where you can post your fishing thoughts and have total control of the topics – a lot like having your own personal website on WL.com?

These are just a few of the treats we have in store for you!

OK, so I’ve got your attention, yes? Then be sure to visit WL.com at the 2009 Puyallup Sportsman’s Show to get a preview and find out what the upgrade is all about. We will be at booth 357 in the main building to answer your questions and have the site on display to explore. We’ll also have WL.com gear available to buy at discounted prices, PLUS a raffle to enter for gifts from our growing list of sponsors. The Puyallup Show is Jan 21-25.

We haven’t forgotten you Eastsiders – WL.com is pleased to announce we will have a booth at the Shuyler Productions Great Western Sportfishing Show in Spokane, March 6,7, and 8th. Same deal, we will have the web site up for your review and have products available, as well as a raffle to enter.

I hope to see you at the two shows and am EXCITED about the new site coming your way. We hope to be up and running for the Puyallup show.
