11/23/2015 1:27:00 PMI was at the orange boat fence straight across from Coulee Playland, I believe that is where the water comes into Banks after being pumped up from the Columbia River. I Marked plenty of fish moving thru, but don't know what they were, some close to the bottom and others about 10 - 20 feet off of the bottom. I was set up at about 60 feet of water.

11/23/2015 8:40:00 PMI really really want to be there for the whitefish spawn. After getting a taste of it in Michigan last November I want to try my luck out here.. I'm going to try a trip out in the second week of December. Or in that time frame.
