The wife and I fished most of the day on Tuesday and once we figured out what to use we caught all the fish we wanted!! Too bad the smallmouth and largemouth bass were between 6 and 8 inches. But they put up a good fight for their size and we caught at least 50 or 60 (all released). No kidding. A small white plastic minnow on a weighted hook worked best -- cast and retrieve. When we didn't get a strike you could see a handful of bass following the bait right up to the boat. Tried bigger plugs etc but always caught the same size bass. Wonder if there are any big bass there? and what it takes to hook one? Didn't see any trout and caught only 2 blue gill.
