Hit the Jameson late opener along with 100's of other fisher folk. I hadn't been to Jameson in four years, the lake level looked good, Jack's Resort is bigger and better. Sunday got a late start but the fish were understanding. There were 40-50 boats in the southern arm of the lake. I trolled a carey special along the rocks on the west side and got lots of little rainbows. In the evening I worked some deeper channels with an olive bugger and found some nicer fish. Monday I went back to trolling along the weed beds on the east side of the lake and again the story was loads of little rainbows. I hope these fish survive the winter and get big for next spring!
