With about 45 minutes of daylight left, I headed over to the pier at Juanita park in Kirkland. Had a hook in the water for maybe 10 minutes when some jerk-off in a ski boat came flying by, about 15 feet from the pier. Of course, the idiot took my line. After yelling, repeatedly, at him he finally stopped. When I told him he snagged my line, he and his buddies started to look around INSIDE the boat. A minute later he mumbled that he didn't have it and took off, smoking the line off my reel again. I was using 10# Powerpro so I had to run over to my tackle box and frantically dig for my scissors before my entire pole went into the lake. About a month ago some jerk off on a jet-ski did the same thing to my wife. Needless to say, I took my pole and went home - perchless.
