Started fishing around 11:00 am, was new to the lake, lake was full of moss the large kind. Was driffing trying to pickup some crappie but no bites at all. Talked to some other fishermen, they said try the Little Spokane river opening. Went the the opening and back in casting jigs and spinners with no luck. Switched to a smaller spinner jig and caught a small perch. Decided to leave with only the one perch that we caught that day. Have to say that this lake looks like it would be a good bass lake, but would be hard to fish with all of the growth in the lake it is everywhere!! The owners at Jerry's Landing said that the bass fishing is good. Note that there was a front moving in which had a lot to do with the fish not bitting, will try again.
