6/12/2007 6:01:00 PMYea, I hate that too. my buddy and I always clean up after ourselves and others. We started collecting the cans and bottles to recycle them and pay for our fishing trips. He has a way of letting people know to clean up their mess if he sees anyone trying to leave without cleaning up their mess. I'm no tree hugger by any stretch of the imagination but , if we don't take care of our rivers and lakes then we'll be fishin' out of polluted lakes, polluted lakes means polluted fish, and polluted fish means no fish.....eventually!

6/13/2007 12:08:00 AMI have had it with the bait fisherman also. there doesn't seem to be a day that goes by that you won't find them on either side of the lake.. I'd like to see us take pictures of these guys and post them on an internet site for everyone to see. I called numerous times last year to WDFW and once they had an agent come out. They are just stretched so thin. Most local police don't know enough about the fish laws to feel confident in dealing with these people. Check the WDFW site for classes on how to deal with poachers in a non confrontational way. Good luck
