I was on Pine for about three hours, from 5-8 pm. I messed around for about two hours, then fished in earnest. I caught one 10" fish (released) off the dock in that hour. It was a very hard bite to detect, and the fish were not swallowing the bait, just nudging it slightly. I was using white power eggs that I found in the middle of the lake with a worm. My leader was a short 6" one because I was too lazy to tie on another one. I think the worm helped because I was the only one to catch something of substance.
