Went out on clark today, I usually go there 2-3 times a week but had never tried fishing for crappie there I was using crappie jigs in front of the dock when I saw some fish surfacing in the shallows to the left in about 1ft of water. since lures didn't work I switched to a bobber and a worm with a 6in 2lb test leader with a size 10 worm hook and nailed a nice sized pumpkinseed with a small chunk of a worm. Ten minutes later I went to my secret spot and using the same setup pulled 4 more nice crappie out of a same weedy spot until I ran out of worms, oh well will be back tomorrow again at 5:00AM.
