Launched the boat around 8am & headed out to the mouth of Crab creek.Located some suspended Fish in about 40 ft. of water and started jigging. After awhile we figured this wasn't working so we slow trolled worms down deep with leadcore line again with no such luck so we headed up the Lind Coulee to do some more jigging. The water was extremely off color,We marked alot of fish but none were willing to bite.Water temps a bit too cold (37 degrees)will go back in a few weeks.

Ya they were kinda schooled up especially around the baitfish we marked which i suppose were perch.Ice was pretty much a factor from just south of crab creek on the east shore through medicare beach extending out from the edge of the lake 50 ft or so everything else appeared to be ice free.Lind Coulee is a muddy mess with alot of debris.I would launch from the one west of Mar Don.I'm going to give it a couple of weeks maybe the water quality will get a bit better. We also fished a day after a good wind storm and that always throws the fishing off too.The Walleye should start biting good soon though

Just wait till it gets warmer, they'll start bitting. Trust me.
