Green wooley bugger fast troll or a fast retrieve on the top. Bonked five, lost many more when I got them up to my toon' lots of missed hits. The fish didn't like a slow bugger but seemed to like a faster fly. Most hooked themselves on the strike. I was there in the evening after work from around 6 to 8 not bad fishing for only a couple of hours. All the fish were your cookie cutter plants.

I was there same time as you, and fished till 7:30 pm, leaving with 3. I decided to leave when the wind kicked up. I only had a sinking line and I trolled slow. I watched one guy in a tube who caught one right after the other for 2 hours before he left. He was using a floating line or a sink tip, and used an the olive woolly bugger. I was bummed that I only had a sinking line. I did catch one on my fly rod and it hit hard and was so much more fun to catch than any I have caught on a spinning rod/reel. Anyway, good to see your report. I will be back there again soon with a floating or sink tip line and thanks to you will remember to troll a little faster. I was in the white 2005 Smokercraft.
