Nice job finding the fish man. This has been a strange year for the warm water species fish, the weather is come and go. Anyhow, i have not a lot of experience on long lake but i would like to start fishing it a lil harder, i just don't know the best spot to launch my lil 12' aluminum boat at. Or atleast the best spot that is closest to bass country because i only have a lil trolling motor. I would really appreciate some feedback. I would really like to hit the water this evening. Later and good luck out there.

Nine mile resort is the best for the small boat crowd. The launch is nice, there is bass territory nearby, the perch fishing is good right off the end of the resort dock, and there are pike in the area.

Its also a really short drive from spokane.

That is great info man, Do i need to pay to launch there beings it is a resort? Also, i am going to call to get exact location becasue i am not sure where that is on the lake? is it past suncrest? I am not familier with the area. I do know i have cought a lot of sucker bitches at the inlet of the little spokane and i have also landed some nice smallies down at the far end past tum tum from the big rock banks. I am not sure how to get to the resort> thanks for the info. Keep on fishing man. Later. Hope to hear from you before this evening. lol. later.

Im about to head out myself.

Turn left at Charles road in ninemile (the road just past the dam). You will see signs to the resort about half a mile past the bridge.

It is a state park, so the typical $7 fee is required. This fee is used to pay for launch and dock maintenance and the noxious weed program funded by the state.

Cool, thanks for the info once again, i have a hard time paying to launch my boat. I know it all goes for good resions but i am cheep. lol. I have other fising areas i guess. What do you know about the launch below the spokane house? I mean, is there any bass territory around there? I beleave that one does not have a launch fee required. Ok anyhow, lets us all know how you do tonight> i will do like wise. Later.

Bazzdude,
There is a fee to launch at the Spokane House. It is $7.00 as well. Dont pay it, and take a chance at a hefty ticket. Those Rangers go through there a lot. And not only on weekends. They make sure to get there bucks. Good fishin. You dont have to go far from the launch. I have limited in an hour (and that included culling a few smaller ones from the live well) just up stream, from the channel to the far side. All on drop shot. 3" drop shot minnow. Good luck!!
