3/2/2010 4:06:00 PMHi there.. I live in Colfax and would like to give Bonnie Lake a try.. But I have no idea where this creek is that everyone puts in at.. Can you give any advice on the best way to get there and where to launch? do you need persmission from a landowner to get there?

5/1/2011 11:36:00 PMGo to Cheney and take CheneyPlaza rd to Long rd, left on Beisby rd follow to the creek bridge. If you have a boat on a trailer you should have a four wheel drive, its pretty steep and the creek can be tricky if water is low. Make sure you park off the side of the road on the other side of the bridge. Not on the private land or in front of the gate. stay on the creek the lake is surrounded by private property you can however go on the Island. Hope this helps good luck!!
