Father's Day - Limited Out
We have a friend w/ property on Waitts and she lets us use her dock and fire pit, great lady. For Father's Day, we spent the afternoon on the lake. My friend and his teenage daughter were going to go out and fish for a while, so I took my 2 1/2 year old with me. We went to the opposite side of the lake, (uninhabited) and anchored in 22-26 ft of water. We threw out yellow Power eggs, pink Powerbait 36'' from the bottom and both boats limited out in 2 hours. My young daughter had a blast reeling in those stockers on an ultralight pole. My friend caught a real nice 17 inch bow in his limit and his daughter a 14 incher. We'll definitely be back.
