Hit Samish before the sun today.
Fishing was slow trolled some copper cowbells and a wedding ring. Had a kok on lost it as I was getting it to the boat.
We did that for about a hour more, buddy had a fish on but instantly lost it before he could even set the hook. He was using chartreuse cowbells with a wedding ring.
So after that lose we pulled up our lines hit the south side for some secret dock action ;) I pulled in 4 small rainbows, one buddy got a decent rainbow and my other buddy dropped his pole in the lake and the other buddy saved it only by the bobber that was starting to sink. I was cracking up..
Then about 10:30 skiers showed up and for some reason felt like they needed to be where all of the fishermen where.
I mean we were all towards the south end, then we moved up to the north end to get away from them then guess what !?!
You guessed it skiers showed up where we where in the north. BS!
Anyway we figured they were screwing up the fishing so we left.
Off to get beer then hit the skagit.

P.S. talked to a couple guys said they got some silvers out of the lake.. I asked what they where using .. They laughed.
