1/21/2009 6:44:00 AMO ya, the ice is nice,you can drive a truck out there,no worries just tell them to watch out for holes. I was cerious for Travis who reported above where you out from Jerries landing? I cought bass there but none down by the public launch. I have gone twice now and both times the fising was not that hott. I think i have only caught 7 fish in 8 hrs of fishing. It was really slow for everyone on monday. I am going to go try for some trout this weekend. Anyone know of the ice on hog canyon?

1/22/2009 7:29:00 PMGreat report. I was on the ice Sunday, caughta blue gill/sunfish/pumpkin seed. Was just north of Jerry's Landing not far from the willow tree on the bank. Had a great afternoon, a couple of good bites, was usinga white jig with a little piece of night crawler. Had better luck last year with maggots, but the worm seemd to work out OK. Saw a large group of '"Icers" on the northern part of the Lake by the Island, not sure if they had any luck.
