2/9/2009 7:33:00 PMSorry, Bazzdude I didn't notice the report commet email that you posted this until tonight. I have never seen it frozen over here except deep in the bays, although, the Spokane arm is or was frozen over a couple weeks ago from a mile up river from the Two Rivers Hwy 25 bridge up to bouy 10 in with open water in places. I was looking for a place to fish from shore on the Spokane reservation side and everywhere I checked out there was a thin layer of ice with some open spots.
