We got to the lake about 9:30 fished until 4:00. The lake still had ice covering the lake except around shore lines. I was fishing from a friends dock on north end. There was about 15 feet of clear water to fish through. As the day moved on had to deal with floating ice chunks. We had to use row boat to break up ice flows to keep area clear. I caught 4 fish the largest being a 20" the rest about 12"-16". The fishing was really slow started picking up in afternoon. The ice became a real problem floating to dock so ended day earlier then planned. The weather was beautiful got first good sunburn of the year feeling it this morning ow! I think in about 3-4 days the lake will be all clear.
