4/26/2009 12:10:00 PMThats the rule of u are fishing bait. Lures you may catch and release as many as you want. Also all the fish were lip hooked.

If you are not fishing with bait, and not using scents, which also count as bait, and the fish are not injured, there is no limit to the catch and releasing of trout, in most cases.
