5/3/2009 10:37:00 PMYou just lived out my dream! I am a trout guy who flirts with bass'n....I always want to switch up when either A.) I'm just knockin the snot out of the trout or B.) the trout bite is slow... I fish a lot of lakes with both species, and even spot the ocasional 5 lber..and it drives me nutts! I'll see a big ol bass follow my triple teaser or hot shot and I'm like shoot....let me set up a drop shot or a crank.. and I get skunked everytime! Thanks for showin' me it can be done...I'll keep on pressing! Good job bro...

I got chased off the lake by the rain though...I was laughing for a while, throwing buzzbaits and having a ball, but I got soaked to the bone after about 25 minutes of rain...and it hasn't let up for a day now. The bass just need to be coaxed out of that lake...lots of pressure on them.
