Started fishing Martha Lake in Alderwood at about 11:00 expecting the opening weekend powerbaiters to be out , I was right - I started using a wedding ring I got 1 12incher on that then I switched to a worm rig with about a 1.5 foot leader caught 2 12 inch planters on that then caught the same sized fish on a mepps black fury and another bigger larger fish at about 12 3/4 but round with a blue fox flash, released 2 other trout that were not to big- I was out in my boat with my buddy he was trolling a wedding ring and managed to do well for himself too - I didn't see to many other people catching many fish probably because they soak their power bait all day and no fish ever see it, but that's fine with me - it means I'll get more fish.
