6/15/2009 10:19:00 AMGood try with the debate,but it does no good. I`ve seen as many as 20 dead trout within 10` from shore because " powerbait/eggs is not considered as bait". I`m not really sure what thay are thinking when the evidence is right in front of them...... One last thing, the trout bite is pretty good to the right of the launch towards the back side trolling top 10` w/ wedding ring or dick nite tiped w/ worm. Good luck.

6/15/2009 11:24:00 AMI seen a smaller trout being landed and it clearly swallowed his powerbait. I highly doubt that trout survived.

As per the Definitions of Terms used throughout the pamphlet, page 22 defines bait as follows: “Bait - Anything that attracts fish or shellfish by scent and/or flavor. This includes any device made of feathers, hair, fiber, wood, metal, glass, cork, leather, rubber, or plastic, which uses scent and/or flavoring to attract fish or wildlife.”
Power bait and/or eggs use scent and/or flavor to attract fish. This makes these substances bait and not an artificial lure.
