I was at Shady Lake fishing for 4.5 hours. I used everything from Gulp eggs in (white, orange,green), Power eggs(chartreuse), Power Bait (Green,orange, yellow mix), lunker lotion, and Mike's chartreuse cheese marshmallows with nightcrawler. I changed leader lengths a couple of times.
I only had one bite from a 6 inch stocker. It was hooked deep and was bleeding. I kept him and eventually gave him away to a happy boy scout. There were boy scouts out in 5 canoes. They didnt catch any fish either. One of there canoes flipped over and they found a dead trout in it. Proabably from somebody releasing it after it was caught with bait.
