The Preacher & I went out for a few hours this morning. When we got there the park was setting up for a Triathalon for Sat. We were the only ones in a boat on the lake, though. Had to carry the boat a little farther, however, because of Reagan's Day of Mourning. I trolled a Ford Fender (Brass) with a worm about 18" after the hardware, and he trolled his Doc. Sprattley fly. I got my limit then handed him my rod & I steered. He had a nice one up to the boat, but then it jumped, twisted and got off. He did get one, just as we were headed in. They were all silvers and most were down deep. All were about 11". There was one man on the dock as we left who had no luck. so far.
