12/27/2009 2:39:00 PMFished on Sat. 12/26 from about 2:30 to 4:00 pm. Ice is a good 6-7". Used both bait and jigs/lures but only 2 hits. No hookups.
Others in the same area (within site of the northern end resort) didn't fare much better.

12/30/2009 11:54:00 AMShane, did you walk on at the first public launch and then walk to the Sprague lake resort. I know the hot spots from my boat and that can be a walk from the public launch. Thank you Brian

1/30/2010 2:28:00 PMHi Shane!! We sure had a blast fishing Sprague last year, I smoked some of those Football size trout we caught and people that tried them thought it was Salmon!!....they are even pink inside and Delicious!! Hope to go fishing with you guys soon!!!
