3/16/2010 6:15:00 AMActually MotoBoat, she caught an even bigger rainbow from shore at Rufus Woods (6lbs.) years ago; however, yes that is her biggest trout from Sprague Lake. No, I reeled in my own fish, but she had a good time razzing me with comments like: "Tighten your drag!" (laugh)...."Don't you think you should pump reel that fish in?" (giggle). For some reason, my smaller fish actually fought harder than her salmon-sized one.

3/19/2010 6:47:00 AMOrange seemed to be the color and my wife's big one bit lightly; mine, two taps and "fish on"! Both resorts are now open. They charge you $5.00 a person to bank fish; the large public access at the West end is FREE.
