One of these days I'll learn my lesson and just go to Big Lake!! Still green here, seems to be easing up a tad in the shallows, but still can't see bottom in 4' of water, and that's bad for this lake!! Never had so much as a nibble, water temps were right at 50*. Don't know what it's going to take to clear this algae up, sun?, heat?, I don't know though, it's been my observation that this lake normally has an algae bloom every 10 degrees in the spring 50*, 60* and 70*, so it may be pretty rough here even with the coming sunshine?? Sure hope not! With all the wind and rain we've had I would have thought things would have started to break up a bit more here?? Oh well.
