Couldn't stand the nice weather so I decided to take the afternoon off of work and head out to Eloika. Was a little breezy at times, water temp was in the low 50's and nice! Trolled along the edges and hit the small lilly areas for a couple hours using plastic worms and lizards without a bite and saw no fish. Took a bathroom break and headed back out to the middle out past the public launch and decided to try cranks and spinnerbaits. After my second cast with a StrikeKing spinnerbait finally nailed a little 1-2 lber that put up no fight at all. Talked to quite a few folks out there and no one caught anything or had a bite at all. This nice weather though, should get them going here in the next few days.
