Went out and floated the lake again last night. Caught a small rockbass and a couple small rainbows. It was an awesome night. I also saw some guys on the shore catch a couple trout. Think I will try the morning and see how that turns out.

Good Job Dorkus. You put your time in at that lake and caught some fish

Good to hear that the rock bass have turned on. As it continues to warm they will become very active. Go back in a couple weeks and troll small plastic grubs behind your float tube, from about 2 hours before and up until dark. I use colors like watermelon or green. When they are in full swing, you won't be able to keep them off your line. Last year I started fishing 5" watermelon seknos in the far end of the lake (West) You can pick up some decent sized large mouth bass also. Good luck.
