Got to the lake at 1300 had fish on within first 30 mins caught fish consistantly every 10 mins limited out no problem. fish were between 10-15". only bad part was I couldn't eat my lunch to much fishing to be done. Thanks to washington lakes for helping me find this wonderful lake! p.s. we didn't have much chance to explore the lake as all our fish were caught just off the launch on the surface in 47-50 ft of water.

Great report sounds like a nice day. It also seems the fish are getting bigger. Ive only been there once myself and that was to check out the boat launch and find it. Thanks

not crowded at all even for a sunday. I troll and if anyone would like to say I am doing something wrong be my guest, I use a 1 ounce cannon ball on a slider, followed by a troll (ford fender, cowbell, kokanee, etc), then about 36" leader followed by a kokanee lure with an e chip ( I know sounds gimmicky but they out fish other lures) then I tip with fire corn. watch the troll drop till just out of sight and fish on (they are almost on the surface) as I said we could not even explore the lake due to constant fishing just in front of the boat launch. as the directions say don't go to the town of oso take settlement road off hwy 9 to lake cavanaugh rd stay right and go aroung the south side of the lake to the boat launch...and take the kids they will have a blast.this is my new favorite lake
