Nice day. Caught at least 50 rock bass with worms, fishing on the bottom. I was mostly using a chartreuse jig head with a nightcrawler on the end, caught many small ones and a huge rockbass by letting it sit and pulling up slightly. It is in the picture, but the picture makes it look very small. It was about 11 inches. Very fun fight on an ultra light rod and 4 pound line. Also caught a small rockbass on a black rooster tail, and maybe 5 rock bass and a couple of perch on a slip bobber and worm.

Yeah these fish are the best way to kill a few hours. They are fun to fight on an ultra light rod. They are very easy to catch, and they're EVERYWHERE!

"They are very easy to catch, and they're EVERYWHERE!" which also makes them extremely annoying when ur going for largemouths or smallmouths. 11" is a good size rockbass, nice. I caught 11 1/2 inch rockbass earlier this summer that was just over a pound, missed the state record by a couple oz's.
