7/25/2010 10:19:00 PMyeah, that was us. Hope we didn't crowd you too much in the corner of there. I always feel bad parking in the middle of the launch because it takes me so long to load. Sorry to hear you didn't have better luck. We took my daughter's pole out to practice her casting (or attempted too, I should say). She actually got a hit up on the far end of the lake with an 1/8 oz chartruse curly tail grub on a jig head in next to some lillypads. That was pretty exciting for her. However it was mainly a pleasure trip as it was my youngest's maiden voyage on the boat. She did well! Tight lines.

7/26/2010 7:53:00 PMBent - if you were using curly grubs I must have picked up your lure by my car door. I have the same style and thought it fell out of my boat, but when I got home I realized it was an off white color, and mine are bright white. And don't worry about the launch traffic, if I thought you were crowding me I wouldn't have offered to help you load your boat :) I'm sure we'll meet again.
Hooked - I'm not sure about the stocking, theres a link on this website for WDFW trout plants. I can only say in the past they typically don't stock trout in the summer when the water is so hot. It's usually between december and april when most of the trout go in.

7/27/2010 8:26:00 AMLOL. My oldest daughter likes playing with my tackle box and so I gave each of the girls a white grub to play with while we were out on the water. When I was unloading the boat I could only find one, so figured one of the kids had thrown their's overboard. At least it has a good home! That's funny.
