Went out to bitter lake with Quadfather(chris) in the morning. I started by pitching a beaver pegged with a 1/4oz weight. second cast i felt the ticks of a small fish and pulled an 8in rockbass my first ever. Cant believe it ate a 4/0 hook. But farther down the bank pitched to a pas opening and got slammed and brought to the boat a 1 and 1/2 pound largie. Went down the bank throwing a dropshot and caught i few more rockbass. Then switched to a wacky rigged senko like quad was using and caught some more smaller largies and even some small rockbass. It was a great day to learn some new water and catch a new species. Ill put pics in bass forum
