all colors of plastics and all shapes (worms, senko/small/large, gizit, etc) worked well. caught about 50% smb, 50% lmb. they were holding up in different areas, but very close to eachother. work one side of the point, catch a bunch of smalls. work the other, catch a bunch of large. We didn't keep any, and only fished for a couple hours (1.5 probably) as we just got here after about 7hrs of driving. (BTW Tom, I passed you coming here, you must have been getting off Sawyer today around 10:30??)

biggest fish only around 1.5lbs, but still lots of fun. all of the dinks were bigger than normal 'dink' size.

we will probably keep quite a few fish before the weekend is over. on the west side i'm a C&R bass fisherman, but I know the resort owners here keep talking about killing off the lake to completely get rid of the bass so the trout can survive. In that scenario.. I think culling out bass and thinning the heard is a good thing IMO. but today I didn't feel like cleaning fish.

just got here. 4 more days of fishing to come!! pics will come as size increases... (fish size).

Yup, quit fishing at 10am looked at my watch driving home and it was 10:37 or something. I was too tired, and sleeping, to notice another boat on the road. lol Just got up this morning at 8:16.

LOL Tom I had my wife and mother in law in the car and I said, he there's a nice bass boat. then I said wait, that's Tom! LOL

Dave, haven't tried for the trout yet, but today will probably be a big trout day, the rest of our group arrived (about 12 people) and they are all big trout fishers so I'll let you know how they do.
