Hm.. I contemplated posting this report for a long time because I post pics with all my reports.
However, this will be my first post without any pics.
I didn't take any pictures because it was pouring rain the entire time I was fishing.

I hit Lake Union at a spot along East Lake.
A friend of mine took me there for the first time today so I don't know what the name of the place is called.
We fished from about 6 pm to almost 11 pm.

We were hoping to get into some Crappie action but unfortunately the Crappie were nowhere to be found.
However we did manage to catch just about everything else that swims in Lake Union.
It's pretty fun when you get a mixed bag of fish and don't know what exactly you're going to pull up.

We both switched between using a drop shot and tube jigs with & without a float.
Some of the fish were pulled out of shallow waters along the weed edge but the majority of the fish were pulled out of deeper water.

Between the two of us we caught:
Largemouth Bass
Smallmouth Bass
Bluegill
Pumpkinseed Sunfish
Yellow Perch
Squawfish.

Nothing was of any size or picture worthy minus a couple of bluegill that were pushing 8 inches.

A lot of fish were caught and it was pretty fun.
Only thing that kept me from rating this fishing trip a 5 was the relentless downpour of rain.

Elijah, wondering if you were fishing around an old abandon dock along Eastlake. If it's a secret, you can PM me. Sounds like a fun time, even with the down pour.

Elijah, last time I hit Union I was graphing good schools of Crappie just out from the bigger docks on both sides of the lake, it was pretty windy that day and they were holding at about 30', all my gear was just to light to get at em effectively. I will bring some heavier jigging gear next time and you might check that out also. Good report!
