Tried trolling worms last time with no success. How big of fly were u using and what is "sinktip" line? Sorry, kind of new to trout fishing. I mostly fish for lmb

2/15/2011 10:14:00 PMSink tip line is fly line, designed so that generally the tip (5-15 ft depending on manufacturer) sinks while the rest of the line floats. It works great for fish that are suspended. Based solely on his report I'd say if you trolled a sling blade and a green wooley bugger size 6 or 8 behind it with enough weight to get your lure between10-15' down, and hold that depth you should catch all you want and then some. :) Worked last year anyways

2/17/2011 7:24:00 PMthe fly is a size 6 but need to troll without slingblade just a fly let all the floating line out to the backing , i have about 5 feet of sinktip on troll semi slow
