I fished at Fragrance Lake. It was a fine day of fishing although I didn't get much in the way of fish. I caught one on my second cast, a fair sized Cutthroat. I caught it on a cow colored rooster tail (Holstein not Jersey), I would have to agree that black is a good color to use. I had a yellow one too, that might have worked had I not lost it immediately. It got really windy there at the end. All in all I would recommend fishing there, nice and quiet usually. Very nice scenery. Thought I found a solid gold bar in the mud, turned out to be a pepsi bottle. Saw much wildlife, whole family of sasquatches. No sign of the Asian snake head fish luckily.
