It was a very rainy day when we first reached the lake at about 2 pm. That was when we caught our fish. Well first caught a little crappie, then than a huge ugly cat fish. however as it began to rain harder we caught the trout. we each landed two keepers before it stopped raining. That's when he had to go and that's when all the people began to come out. This is a great lake with it being so close however you need to fish it early in the season as it becomes to busy in the heart of summer to fish.
