Two of us got on the water in my Smokercraft Osprey by 7:30AM and we each had our 5 fish limit by 11:00AM. They were Rainbows in the 12 to 14 inch range. We trolled with spinner and worm and in spite of a strong wind and heavy chop on the lake had lots of biting action. We used about 1 ounce of weight and trolled about 1.5 mph which varied because of the wind. No Kokanee were caught today. The water temp. was 58 degrees, 2 degrees warmer then a week ago when the bite was slower and we only caught 5 total.

Go buy some R&K super micro hoochies in any color you prefer a Kokanee kid dodger arrow flash in any color or a silver hoochie from the same company in whatever other color with silver as the base color and Kokanee will jump in your boat this sometimes may cause a permanent smile only erased by taking those hoochies off which most anglers will never do cause they are as close to guaranteed success as I have ever used and you can purchase these products at Kokanee kid fishing a one stop kokanee shop check it out you will not be disappointed and tell them Kingchinook sent ya

Thanks for the comments. I am definitely going to try the dodger and hoochie . About what is a good down rigger debth?
I like Rainbows but Kokanee is bettter.
