6/4/2012 6:11:00 AMI only know of smallmouth and largemouth bass, I'm sure someone who fishes the lake regularly can help. Did you read the reports on Riffe by yooper fisher for june 1, 2? Between using a slip bobber and fishing the bridge it gives you some options for those days when either the dam ain't payin' off or the fish are deeper, if you fish the bridge bring an onion basket ( the metal mesh collapsible type, on a long small rope you can lower the basket, manuver the fish into it and haul away. It's easier with two people and it cuts down the fish that drop off on that long haul up. Bob R

6/4/2012 8:44:00 AMBob is right, that would be a brilliant idea for the bridge. A saw a guy there that landed a 15 lb king there yesterday. As far as the spiny rays, I've heard there's some decent perch fishing out there, but I couldn't tell you where.
