Decided to hit lake ketchum, I didnt have to work , it wasnt brutal heat, so what the heck . Got to the lake around 9, started at the west side, I was throwing 4 inch senko curly tail, I threw everywhere , Not a single bite, So I decided to motor over to the island , I fished around the island casting in to shore with everytrhing under the sun, no hiots no bumps. Made my circle around the island, Switched over to a 3 inch skinny little nightcrawler looking bait. castede over the point of the island, and boom 1st cast hit a 12 inch bucketmouth, after that the party continued I hooked another 12 incher a ew cast later, non stop [perch and blue gill for hours, i had to have caught 300 fiash or more. So I decided to put back on something a little meatier to try and rid the perch. but on a brown wacky rigged worm. I ended up with a beast of a bass 19- 20 incher. Slammed that setup. !! good day
