12/2/2012 9:27:00 PMThanks Buzzdude. We fillet the fish including skin removal then brine and smoke over cherry or apple. The big bowes are good too done that way. I agree the 2# ers are the best for the smoker and the fish from Rock are great. We always release the big Browns at Rock.

12/3/2012 7:20:00 PMSalmonlander....Know what happens when you take a kid salmon fishing? They are wrecked forever; they get big fish fever! These boys love to catch sun fish and perch too. Now we'll see what they think of them next summer. Hope I have not spoiled them too much; had to happen sooner or later. These are huge memories..God is good!
