12/7/2012 8:05:00 AMI usually dont fish this time of year( I fish 5 days a week from april-september) but reading your reports made me want to try. I normally only fish out of a boat (trolling) but my work allows me to be on a dock everyday so I thought I would throw a line in the water and tried yellow power eggs, 6ft leader, and egg sinker. I had a 14 incher and a 16 incher within 30 minutes. I tried the next day with no luck at all. I will keep trying because I know the fish are there. The fish I caught were in 50 ft of water which really surprised me. I have tried more shallow with no luck. Keep the reports coming it make me want to keep trying.

12/7/2012 8:50:00 AMI spent three hours on the JBLM fishing dock yesterday, with the same results. I did get one bite. Another fisherman showed up about noon and promptly caught one. I might have stayed to see whether the "bite was on." But my rain gear was finally soaking through and a hat bowl of soup was calling my name. I'll give it another try next week. Jerry, are you fishing the bank out past Russel's Landing?
