With this lake I always have a good time fishing it and it is always a blast when I am with my dad and brother fishing. I have gone here multiple times before and most times I look to catch rainbow trout, like always. This was a much better trip because within this trip i figured out what the trout here will mainly hit on. I found that if you use a brown or black woolly booger with a little weight and no bait they hit pretty well. If you don't put enough weight on you will just catch the small guys on the top, but if you go a little deeper then you hit the big fish. The ones that I caught on this day were around 10"-15" which is bigger than normal for me here. All in all, I feel that what the fish hit on here changes yearly because that past year that I went here the fish usually hit on a wedding ring with a little power bait or a worm.

Any access for a flyfisherman with a tube, or is this a residents only fishery?

@stever - The lake is residents only. There is a small "park" on one side of the lake, but its private and doesn't offer a public access spot.
