7/31/2013 9:54:00 PMya theres schools of bass up there...one of my favorites as well...if u go down that main dirt road heading toward the side of the lake opposite the damn...theres another little lake on the left once u pass the big resovoir called sugar loaf...just got renaturalized after it dried out back in 08 or 09...and they put TONS of brooding brook trout...i'm talking monsters...like 6-12 lbs...i hooked into one accidentally fishing for bass... thing almost broke my shimano rod before i lost him...wasnt planning on catching fish that big... or i might have been able to reel him in...he eventually spooled me out heading toward the middle of the lake :( but i did get 4 or 5 arials that were pretty cool!! check it out...great place to camp as well
