@Coyote- Ted's sporting center in Lynnwood carries it but got these at Sportsman show- I have caught Kokanee on Lake WA trolling for cutts especially when using hootchies but just remember to release any over 15" as they are considered sockeye after that
@Hunter The ramp cost $12 and is ok this time of year but can get sort of scetchy as the weather gets nicer and the people there can be less then cooperative for guys launching boats. Had a lady the other day park her car in one of the lanes, lock it and then took her dog into the park. I asked her to park in the spots designated for cars only and she ignored me.

4/4/2014 11:19:00 AMWay to stick it out. I only use the gulp minnows if I intend on keeping fish. I found the cutts inhale them on the take and end up hooking themselves in back of the throat or in the gills the majority of the time.
The launch on Mercer Island under the East Channel overpass runs $11 per day and $40 for an annual pass. It is a one dock launch and gets a lot of attention during the normal boating months, but the annual pass is hard to beat if you fish year round.
