Report is for last night and midday today. Launched yesterday around 2 and didn't pick up our first fish until almost 4. Pick it up off the planner board. The fish were picked up at random and only had one double for the evening. We hooked 12 fish and landed 8. Made my night though when I netted a 18" kokes. That almost made up for a miserable day today fighting the wind and not touching a fish at all running the same gear that had some success less than 24 before. I launched today around 1130 and pulled out around 3. A fair amount of boats on the water but I only saw 2 fish caught while looking around. I dislike fishing midday, but it was better than being at work. I am going to try in the morning before the wind picks up.

Fishing is definitely way better than working! Nice catch and great to see an 18 incher already. I've been working too much the last few weeks and it's time to go fishing!

Work is about to ramp up big time for me so I have been taking as much time now as I can before all my free time is gone. It is looking like I am not going to get much of a summer so I am wetting a line every chance I get. I am hoping that by August these kokes will be pushing or breaking the 20" mark. I landed a couple last year around 19" Good times ahead.

I am marking big school of fish deep around 100' but 90% of the fish so far this year have been 15-35' deep. I have tried targeting the deeper schools to no avail. The key is the speed right now. Slow as possible like 1.2-1.5
